Stacy Dunn, a licensed real estate professional since 2015, began her career in Florida and later expanded her practice to Tennessee. She is currently an active agent in both states, specializing in residential real estate. Stacy is a Florida State University alumna with dual degrees in Public Relations and Broadcasting, bringing over 31 years of high-level marketing expertise to every transaction. Her strategic marketing campaigns, expert staging, and proven negotiation skills consistently lead to faster sales and above-market results. Known for her hands-on approach, Stacy provides personalized guidance, clear communication, and a seamless, stress-free experience from first consultation to closing day.

Jeffrey Dunn, a retired chiropractor and licensed Tennessee real estate agent, brings a focused, data-driven perspective to the team. After running a successful chiropractic practice for 29 years in Florida, he transitioned into a career in real estate. A graduate of the University of South Florida and Life University, Jeffrey blends friendly professionalism with sharp analytical insight, a results-oriented mindset, and meticulous attention to detail. He serves as a trusted and effective advocate for every client—particularly those navigating investment and development opportunities.  

Together, Stacy and Jeffrey deliver a full-service real estate experience grounded in trust, integrity, and results. After raising their three children and spending many years vacationing in the Smoky Mountains, they made East Tennessee their home.
